“Great service and products at as good a price as you will find anywhere for the same quality. We had a small problem with one panel of the shower but they sorted it out with no stress for us at all, that's what matters when things do not go exactly to plan.”

“Item delivered by friendly drivers but upon opening the box the shower screen was smashed. Royal bathrooms could not get me a replacement and so they refunded me.”

“Purchased a 1400mm shower base and a sliding door cubicle. Goods arrived on the day requested. All parts received undamaged. Shower base came complete with standard drain fitting and instructions on how to fit if you want to do it yourself.”

“Website and online chat service were helpful. I ordered a front bath panel but I received no confirmation. I emailed the customer services team to request a confirmation referencing the order number which I logged. The team were very attentive to this issue (which was a result of a system blip) and resolved it quickly and with considerable interest. The money was debited from my account and I received the goods on time.”
