“All dimensions weren't present on the product I bought. Shower had a 3/4" top outlet rather than 1/2" Need to make sure all info is available on website... Especially with plumbing. Had to pay postage to return.”

“Had a bath and shower screen very good ,then decided to have a close coupled toilet toilet spot on but could not get toilet seat to fit plumber spent 2 hours trying to get it right ,in end went to screw fix, picked new seat fitted in 10mins , problem with royal bathroom seat fittings are same size as toilet size and customer services weren’t much help when they want you to email them .”

“Placed an order with Royal Bathrooms, they were very quick to sort and delivererd on time. Would recommend them for future clients. We are still to fit the shower cubicle so will advise later as to how the install goes, but all good at the moment. Keep up the good work guys.”
