“I cannot help but recommend Royal Bathrooms at every level of customer service. From the start of my order there was prompt and accurate sale notification service and regular updates. My order arrived exactly on time by courteous and helpful courier ( in snow and ice) I was very grateful for his help. The items ordered were ideally robust and stylish for purpose. I had needed to return one item due to I'll spaced piping in my home and customer services were outstanding. I grateful for the effort made to not be only arrange return,courier and refund/exchange,but to deliver next day item more suited to my needs and collect my return at the same time . This was outstanding service. Very highly recommended.Thank you.”

“Customer service; order communication, text and phone updates outstanding. Huge choice of bathroom furniture and so easy to find products unable to be found elsewhere. Cannot fault our purchase...strong,robust and stylish. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful in bringing the order indoors in freezing weather. All order accurate and on time despite the ice and snow. Absolutely fantastic customer approach from start to finish.”

“Outstanding service! The item was easy to order and was delivered promptly and reliably. The driver made contact the day before with a proposed arrival time and then phoned on the day - as promised - to confirm. I know of no other service that employs such direct supplier/courier to customer service. It made a refreshing and much-appreciated change. Also, the shower tray was very competitively priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Royal Bathrooms.”

“ordered a really strong pearlstone quad shower tray . Delivery very quick and helpfull driver. Followed this up by ordering a 900 quad shower cubicle . Found the assembly a bit of a challenge but once together look really good. We could have saved a bit by purchasing both together but didnt have the space. Pleased with royal bathrooms products. Terry potters bar”
