“Excellent customer support. Bought item but had to cancel as the installer could not wait for it to be delivered due to other work commitments. Contact made with RoyalBathrooms for cancelation of the item. Even though from the tracking update the item had already been collected by the courier, they agreed to the cancellation without any question and promptly gave me a full refund without any penalty. That is what you get from a company that is so confident about their product. I will definitely patronize it again. Thank you royal bathroom for making my house renovation less stressful.”

“Regrettably their Abacus range did not meet my specifications. They organised a prompt return of the unwanted items and received a full refund. Very good service and hope to deal with them again.”

“I purchased a back to wall toilet from Royal Bathrooms. Items arrived promptly and fast, on checking the order the wrong seat was included, after some swift email communication the correct seat was quickly dispatched. I am renovating my house and will purchase all bathroom items from here.”

“Your products and service were great, my minor issue is with the fact that when booking it states that you would send an email with tracking for the delivery and in fact we didnt receive this but did get a missed telephone call from the delivery company saying that if i did not confirm the delivery time with them they wouldnt be able to deliver even though i had asked for next day (therefore thats when i would expect it to come) luckily i called them back and confirmed it only just in time as i was out working when the call was first made to me. The items were delivered to me at 7am the next morning (great) but i received the email from Royal Bathrooms to track the delivery 2 and a half hours later at 9.30am (not really a good idea!) A little shake up is needed with that process but overall a good service thank you”

“Ordered a wall hung bathroom cabinet with basin and tap for d/s washroom. Really pleased with item, quality & value for money, delivery time & customer service no complaints, quick & responsive. Now need further bathroom furniture and shower units for two other bathroom which definitely be checking out Royal Bathrooms again.”
