“The unit we ordered was delivered promptly, but unfortunately wrongly. However, the response was swift and a replacement was despatched very quickly. Very helpful driver on initial delivery. Good communication from the company. Would be happy to order from Royal Bathrooms again.”

“Delivery excellent, quality of the baths not so much. The legs in particular were quite poor, ended up swapping with my old bath legs as they were far better, stronger, and easier to adjust.”

“Unfortunately when building tge frame for tge shower screen 3 screws had the head sheer off which was disappointing and I've had to use an alternative method of fixing which isn't ideal on a new installation”

“I ordered a 1500mm x 760 x 40mm rectangular shower tray with waste and plinth as extras. All were great, very good price and good quality delivered promptly although no contact ,ade before delivery. The shower tray itself was nowhere as heavy as I had feared (30kg) and although my misgivings as to its sturdiness, it has turned out to be absolutely fine. All in all very pleased.”
