“All our bathroom furniture and sanitaryware was delivered in good condition. There was a faulty bath mixer tap, which was promptly replaced.”

“Website great and very easy to use/ order what I needed. The delivery was very quick. My only problem was the delivery driver just left my order outside, didn't even offer to carry into property. Very disappointing 🙄”

“Only niggle we have gap on bottom of glass door width bigger than old one and door not enough over hang resulting in splashing water escaping.which is a shame poor instructions .”

“Good service ordered on a bank holiday Friday thinking that the 2- 3 working day delivery would tue-wed. But received an email on Sunday to inform me that the delivery was due Monday between 11-1.30. As I was 150 miles from home this meant I had to leave my visit earlier than planned. This was after I contacted them to discuss my options and was told I could change the deliver but would be another 5 working days before it would be rescheduled. I left for home shortly after 9.15am and got a call from the delivery driver to say he was around 15mins away, as I had no one to take in the vanity+basin, I ask them to leave on my drive. He took pictures of it at around 9.25. I arrived home 12.20, it was all good. It seems bad to be negative about a good service, but I felt it was little inflexible.”

“Very pleased with the bathroom towel radiator, it's well made and looks great. Would have given it 5 stars but it's let down by the cheap and flimsy mounting brackets that the radiator is supplied with.”
