“Delivered on time , but quality of unit very poor badly chipped all round edges”

“Easy ordering and next day delivery BUT the 2 drawer vanity unit was not new.. It was dirty and the protective film was peeling off in three places. it looked as if it had been sitting around somewhere unboxed. The box was sellotaped up and had obviously been flat packed and then re sealed. disappointing condition. Worktop and basin new and sealed.”

“Very fast delivery. Nice product. But very slight damage to the drainer. I've already sent one sink back to another supplier which was far worse. Therefore needed to get a sink back in after 2 weeks, so will have to live with the slight dent, would have been a 5/5 otherwise.”

“Needed a shower enclosure quickly so ordered the corner unit, however the on the day of delivery arrived well past stated time with no phone call from driver. The unit itself although smart looking is mechanically weak on the corners only held in position by self tapping screws into soft aluminium channels ( approx 2mm thick). I suspect over time the channels will give way causing the door runners to tilt when the doors are closed. On the whole I am very disappointed with the enclosure as I know I will have to re enforce the corners externally with brackets or replace with a unit with dovetail type joint.”

“Item delivered by friendly drivers but upon opening the box the shower screen was smashed. Royal bathrooms could not get me a replacement and so they refunded me.”
