“Very pleased with my shower tray. It isn’t fitted yet as my bathroom is still getting renovated. I will sent a picture when it is finished. The delivery men were very helpful too.”

“Had a problem with the shower screen I had ordered from a different company as it was too tall so needed to find another quickly while the fitter was here. Royal Bathrooms delivered my order the next day. I was very pleased. The quality is fine, it looks great. The seal is a bit flimsy and wobbly, but I'm hoping that will resolve with the heat in the bathroom. Given it was a third of the price of my original purchase, it is good value.”

“I ordered Abacus toilet pan from Royal Bathrooms and unfortunately, it arrived in less than perfect condition. I contacted their customer service - they dealt with the issue immediately and sent a replacement within a couple of days. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this company.”

“I made an error in the selection of my combined vanity unit and toilet. Only realised after it had been delivered. Too deep. My mistake ! I phoned Royal, they gave me clear instructions to explain this in an email with photos of the delivered items. I re ordered the correct units, Royal then delivered them the next day and picked the first order. One day later a complete refund on the first order was in my account. Excellent service, efficient and professional. Well done Royal Bathrooms. The bathroom furniture and toilet are of very good quality. Absolutely reccomend this company to anyone on the experience I have had.”
