“Had an issue with some handles for a shower enclosure. My request for a replacement set was dealt with very rapidly and a few days later I have a new set. Very impressive level of aftersales care. The whole experience from purchase through delivery and aftercare has been spot on.”

“I urgently needed a glass shower panel after mine shattered. I found the correct size on the website, phoned the company to clear up a query (the phone was answered promptly and the operative knew the answer), ordered on-line and received the panel the following day as promised. Very pleased with the whole process”

“I cannot recommend Royal Bathrooms highly enough. Ordered a large vanity unit on Monday 19th December. Standard delivery was FREE, and I upgraded to next day delivery for £9.99. The item turned up on a pallet delivery 25 house later. The item is excellent quality, at an awesome price......and next day delivery for £9.99 in incredible for a large item. I would definitely use Royal Bathrooms again, and would highly recommend them.”

“Royal bathrooms provided an amazing service. Not only providing a prompt email reply at every aspect from invoice to delivery date. But also calling me to add a second purchase to the original order, so they came on the same day. I have never experienced such professionalism and commitment. The delivery was in the time slot stated , the driver was polite and helped me with the heavier items. This is my first experience of Royal bathrooms, and if this is how they operate then I will be using them for future purchases. Brett Smith”
