“What I can say that was good is now he is back home so we can now get on with the funeral. Not happy about the time it took but i guess nothing could of been done about the time but would of liked to of known beforehand.”

“I used the services of Rosy to repatriate the remains of my loved one from London to Madrid. During an incredibly difficult time, while coping alone with grief, Rosy provided much-needed support and relief. I only had to obtain the death certificate - after that, they took care of everything. They efficiently handled all the necessary certifications and permissions from both the UK and Spanish authorities. When the remains arrived in Madrid, the local funeral directors had very little to do because Rosy had arranged everything perfectly. The costs were exactly as agreed, with no hidden charges or surprises. Thank you once again for the outstanding service.”
