“We lost my sister Maria in Spain and we didnt know what to do at all. We contacted a few companies but they didnt give us the same assurance that everything would be fine like rosy and the team did. We spoke with James on the phone and he kept on contact via whats app and email and if we needed to call him he was there. The support was really good so i would say 5 stars.”

“My uncle passed away unexpectedly while working in Saudi Arabia, my family was devastated and overwhelmed by the complex process of bringing him home to the UK. “What I can say that was good is now he is back home so we can now get on with the funeral. Not happy about the time it took but i guess nothing could of been done about the time but would of liked to of known beforehand.”
