“In a time of deep grief following the passing of my mother-in-law, Rosy provided the support and professionalism we so desperately needed. From the very beginning, they showed genuine empathy and took the time to clearly explain the entire repatriation process, step by step. They provided a clear timeline, which gave us a sense of control during an incredibly emotional period. Given our cultural and religious obligations, it was essential that the process be expedited so we could lay her to rest as soon as possible. They fully understood this urgency and worked swiftly to ensure everything was handled without delay, for which we are deeply grateful. “Rosy assisted us with the repatriation of our son’s ashes with professionalism and dignity. Aldrich was very kind and ensured the process went smoothly. They sorted everything with the embassy documents and provided a beautiful coffin, which was also used for the funeral back home. We are incredibly thankful for their compassionate service.
