The moron that packed our order put two different types of castors in one big bag so we had to go through them all and seperate them. Thanks for that.

Delivery driver threw delivery on floor and plastic hub damaged, bit chipped off. Film shows it dropping and bouncing. (Still functions so have just fitted it). Foam Wheel is a replacement for a pnematic wheel from Ross that burst on gravel path so not impressed with that one's durablity hoping this one will be better. Tyre was inflated correctly...

Product was fine, delivery charges were excessive, more than the cost of the four rubber ferrules. I would not use again.

Happy with the quality and strenth of the wheels but I am positive that I ordered 3.5 mm and recieved 50 mm. Had to make a new axle to accommodate wheels, not pleased with this part.

There is little point in professing to be an online marketing organisation if the web site does not work, is too fractured to make navigation strightforward and ultimately requires the purchaser to phone in and complete the business manually.

Hello, I received my order 1000201802 from you eventually as they were out of stock, however I returned them because they were the wrong size - my fault not yours. I explained this in a note enclosed with your wheels and subsequently with your support team. I enclosed one of the old wheels I was trying to replace and asked you to provide me 4 of those, paying any additional money accordingly. I have heard nothing since. Are you able to provide wheels similar to the one I sent or not? If not may I have a refund.

Ordered on line and nothing happened Yoh ignored to email wurst to find out about order. only got a reaction when i phoned to enquire and told order been overlooked . Got the goods after 2 weeks and they are fine

The items I bought were very good quality and at a fair price. My only gripe was with their speed of service which was very slow and it was only after I had contacted them, ten days after placing my order, that I was informed there was a supply problem. The phone call I received made me think my order would arrive imminently but I still had to wait a further week. After that, though, the items were just as described and did the job I needed them for with no difficulty. Just a pity I had to wait so long.

Unfortunately, company dispatched the wrong parts initially. Dry good & efficient customer services department got the issue sorted rapidly & ensured the correct (ordered) parts were dispatched promptly.

It does look as thought the parcel has been stuck in the DPD system and not made its way to you.
