I ordered a Haemmerlin 400 wheel. Turns out Haemmerlin have wheels of different diamters so it didn't fit. Apparently I should have looked more carefully at all the dimensions. I returned the goods at my own cost via recorded delivery and still haven't had a refund 1 week later.

Dreadful unbending aftersales customer service. Sadly, cannot recommend - the product and delivery was fine but on discovering that we needed an axle bolt for the wheel, it was their 'policy' to only send by courier at a cost of £6.95 instead of being prepared to pop it in the post. Utterly dispropotionate but would not bend from the ir 'policy'.

Ross Handling are very unprofessional and I will never use them again. I was told the product was in stock when I rang up. Then I ordered it online straight after the call and paid for next day delivery , to receive an email saying it wasn’t in stock. When I rang up to request a refund for the next day delivery charge I was told that I was getting one because I did order it before 2 o’clock so when I received my order 2 days last that was next day delivery according to Ross Handling. It says on they website if you order before 2 o’clock it will be same day delivery but after 2 o’clock it will be the next work day. So I ordered it on Tuesday next working day is Wednesday but it came on Thursday and I was told that was the next working day. Place is a joke.

Placed or on Monday for next day delivery which never arrived. Several phone calls later over 2 days still nobody could tell me when I would receive my order so cancelled on Thursday. Ordered with another company which arrived on Friday. Well done DPD for letting down Ross handling losing them another customer

I completed an order online and had excellent service then, with a second order I placed by phone with the sales team and not online, the service was terrible. I paid for next day delivery and now 6 days later all that I know is that it was delivered to my old address (I moved 7 years ago) and not to my current address which was updated on my online account. I’m still waiting for my delivery and DHL don’t appear to know where it is.

Do not buy anything from this company, they don’t know their products and are just middle Men making money, I ordered specific make and model tyre for ATV and because they couldn’t get item stated in stock sent out another make and tread pattern, you can’t change odd tyre on atv without looking stupid, at’s are all about tyres .

Recently I bought a plastic handle from this company. It was a mistake. Not only was the handle provided without screws or info on screws ie the size etc, they could not tell me where to buy , i treid homebase and other hardware stores which means they are just not that easy to get. Ross charged me a big sum for a sparepart which i thought was incomplete, and when requested for advise, they came back with unhelpful reply. In addition i asked for a VAT invoice and they have the audacity to say that because i bought this online, they cant give me one. Are they helping individuals and businesses by having that attitude?

Sadly the tyres came crushed out of shape and won't fit anywhere near the seals, I now have to take to a tyre place to see if they can bazooka them on.

Great stock and easy online purchase, but get this, 3 brass antique castors and 4 brass castor cups cost an eyewatering £76. I contacted their customer services regarding delivery costs but got nowhere. My advice is look for stock elsewhere.

Did a "google" search for car/van tyre innertubes. Got "Ross Handling" recieved 4 innertubes for wheelbarrows. Then there is the agro of returns ,,,and the cost????

Well you did ask for a review, it's not happy reading Your Order #1000189836 Placed on 23 Aug 2023, 19:49:37 for Pneumatic Trolley Wheels 280mm with Ball Journal Bearings SKU: PWP-280-4-25-76/D Qty 2 The delivery note was correct except there were two 20mm bore wheels delivered. I rang customer services and they agreed to send replacements. I asked several times whether the incorrect ones should be sent back and was told it costs too much to return goods. Next delivery was on 1st September, except it was only one wheel, correct size this time. Customer services said it was too late to ship another one that day as the shipping department had gone home. Next delivery was on 6th September, one wheel but it was a 20mm bore again, delivery paperwork was correct for a 25mm bore wheel. I rang customer services who assured me the correct wheel would be with me next day. I was asked to send all three 20mm wheels back, so I packaged them up and the driver would have the returns paperwork. The driver didn't have the returns paperwork but took the box anyway. Next delivery was on 7th September with the correct 25mm bore wheel. These dates may be one or two days either way.

Someone placed an order using an email address we own (ie not their own) Went out of my way to call customer services (after emailing and getting no reply) and they said they would contact the customer and update the records. So far I have 10 emails ranging from order confirmations, to promotions, to feedback requests etc, and no matter what I unsubscribe from they still seem to come in. Please, all I ask is that you stop contacting us. Your castors look great, but I dont want any right now.

Castors arrived and were the wrong size. Sold as 8mm, arrived with a 5mm diameter thread. Would accept responsibility and would not arrange collection/refund. So be aware if you need to return an item to this company it is at your expense and time. I wouldn't use the again.

Was going to order more feet but your crazy postage on last order of £19 was unacceptable. I regularly get much heavier items from Axminster supplies etc etc with much less postage charge. I have asked post office locally here to estimate charge of the five wee feet I ordered and they said £4.50 maximum....!!!! Duncan Mackenzie

The product is fine. Delivery is awful. They use DPD. Day one, no-one turned-up at the stated window. Day two (re-arranged) received an email to say driver couldn't find anyone at home. I was at home so I immediately rand Ross customer service. Agent said they could see where the driver was..he was 45 minutes away and so lied. I asked what was going to be done. Agent said they were powerless to do anything as DPD would just ignore them. Day three...delivered by same driver. Ross's reputation is being destroyed by DPD
