“I saw some castors on sale so placed an order. I later realised that I’d made a mistake with the size. I phoned up customer services and they were happy to amend my order. Items arrived well packed and as described. Excellent service. Thanks.”

“Barrow axle turned out to be 25mm too long, because I wasn't sure where to measure the old one , ie from the start of the threads, or the length of the whole thing. Lesson learned for next time”

“Can't complain at all. Well designed website that is easy to navigate, good information about the products, no fuss purchase and prompt dispatch. I know it's normal for large scale businesses but as a private customer with a welding project it's nice having a company dedicated to what is a pretty niche thing to a lot of people. I love finding a place like this when I need something like castor wheels but don't want the generic parts you'd find in a DIY shop, keep being awesome.”
