“The item was very good, but the service wasn't. Paid extra for next day before 10.30am delivery, well within the qualifying time. I didn't get the parts before 10.30am next day, I didn't get the parts at all that day. I got them the day after and well after 12pm. When I chased the order the sales guy blamed DHL and didn't seem to care less. No offer of a refund for the service I didn't get. Ross - If you can't do it, don't offer it.”
