“Ordinarily, I would throw away a kneeling seat with a broken caster. But after examination and one search on google, the simplicity of a replacement became blatantly clear. So I ordered 2 casters after accurate measurements and the rest was just so easy. Arrived as stated within 48hrs item was a perfect match and I now have a fully operational office seat for under a tenner.
