“Quick response to telephone request. Helpful staff advised the best solution for my wheelbarrow replacement wheel. Delivered within 2 days, but I hadn't noticed that it was to be made to a local DPD drop-off point, which involved a 10-mile round trip to collect. I think that there are other options, which I would use next time. I would buy from them again”
