“When I ordered casters I made the mistake of the wrong size got in touch and was told to return them got a refund very quickly and ordered the right size which came very quickly would recommend them any time”

“The wheel I ordered arrived promptly and seems entirely satisfactory. The only issues I had were contradictory emails about delivery and the fact that the website ordering didn't work on my laptop (Chrome browser on Linux) so I resorted to ordering from my phone.”

“I needed the Wheeleez beach wheelchair conversion kit at short notice and Ben did his very best to help me. The kit came in good time, unfortunately, Ross Handling (castors) didn't have the accompanying wheelchair and I couldn't source another quickly enough so I haven't been able to get my Mum to the beach yet! All looks good so far but I can't comment further until the wheelchair turns up! Thanks for your speedy delivery anyway.”
