I ordered M8 castors along with M8 wood inserts. The castors arrived and were M10 not M8. I telephoned Ross and spoke to Luke who said I could change the fitting myself by prising out the M10 spindle and replacing with M8's which he would send that day. That was Monday 3rd August. It is now Friday 7th and I still do not have the replacements! What happened to "Always Next Day". The Ross website is very difficult to navigate e.g. Clicking on to M10 inserts brings up Twin Wheel Castors! Click onto Top Plate Castors Swivel and up comes a range of top hats and threaded bolts. Every time one gets on to the Ross website up comes the annoying "wheel diameter chart " Sorry to sound like a professional moaner but you did ask and these comments reflect a few of the frustrations I've experienced. The website is a bit of a nightmare! I hope Ross take note. Thanks for asking, regards Al.

The process of ordering on line, paying and getting an invoice was straightforward enough;however due to the relatively low value of my order I opted for the cheapest delivery option which is Fedex 2-day service @ £ 7.20. Ten days later my order has finally been delivered after , apparently one failed attempt by Fedex to deliver; allegedly a card was left advising me of this failed delivery- it was not ! I would suggest that Ross look to using an alternative carrier-DPD for instance. The adjustable feet I ordered are good quality and most definitely fit for purpose.

Goods arrived OK but I paid for next day delivery not clear on site. I ordered on a Fri to arrive Sat, but goods arrived Mon - poor when paying a lot extra for delivery.

The technical advice offered by telephone was great but the products supplied were not. The threads on the M10 adjustable feet were damaged and had to be re-cut by me using a nut and spanner. One of the non-slip rubber shoes was unusable but I had to make two telephone calls to get the replacement sent which took nearly a week. I made repeated requests for an invoice which was eventually e-mailed to me. Customer Services is shambolic.

Ordered a pair of wheels with rubber tyres. Was sent wheels with nylon tyres. Called and was promised a collection and delivery of the correct item. Nothing happened. Called again and was given the same answer. This time a delivery was made but still not convinced the product is as advertised, they look like nylon tyres to me not rubber.

Firstly lets start with the positive feedback, the heavy duty sack truck I brought is well built and of good quality, but so it should be as it cost £192+vat, I have no complaints with the product. Negative feedback is, I placed the order on the 14th March expecting a delivery between 2 days and a week, been as I purposely selected to buy this product from a Midlands based company like our own. 23rd March and I still hadn't received my purchase or a email / call saying when to expect it. I emailed Ross Castors, they replied the following day saying it will be despatched 27th March. Finally arrived 30th March. I needed this item fairly urgent and did not expect to have to wait 16 days for a delivery from Leicester to Wednesbury. Poor delivery time, will buy similar products from someone who can arrange delivery quicker next time

Lack of communication even after info requested was sent but not acted on for the delivery of my order and therefore went to the wrong address

The castors are absolutely fine but the delivery was rubbish. Web site indicates that the delivery company will notify on the day of delivery and supply tracking number and if no one in will try again the following day. No notification at all, so no tracking number. Found a torn off corner of a piece of paper in the porch with the name of a company next door but one scribbled on it. Would have been meaningless but part of the Fedex name was on the reverse side so I guessed what it was. Rubbish for a £6 delivery charge. Try DPD better service and no more expensive.

Ross as a company and the products they sell Ace.The sale was completed by the next time slot but the FedEx postal service was crap,had an Email to say they had been to our house on two occasions in the same day and say they left a calling card with a contact number to rearainge delivery. We have a key locked post box on the exterior of our property and can guarantee there was no calling card left,another day later we managed to find a contact number to rearainge delivery,just opened the package and found the roller bairings chucked in the same bag as the wheels all in pieces and the wheels covered in bairing greese. Well why wasn't the bairings placed in a separate bag say with a piece of foam or something to stuff in the ID,Internal Diametre of the roller bairings. I will be looking to purchase more in the future but Ross please rectify the throw it in a bag syndrome. Mr J.P.Simmons

No plugs were sent with order. Phoned. When did arrive 2 were incorrect plugs. Still waiting for 4 new ones. Our Customer very displeased.

el envio a sido perfecto.Pero el material alguno de los tacos se rompen estan resecos y de monento ya se ha roto un taco, confio que no se me rompan mas.

The wheels arrived in very flimsy plastic, and one of the hubcaps of the wheels had been shattered and was in pieces. This could have been avoided by simply removing the hubcaps from the wheels and packing them in a bubblewrapped bag inside the main parcel.

Product good. Delivery excellent - next day. Because I don't buy trailer wheels every day and your site offered help I tried to contact on phone - line went dead although I could hear voices. I emailed and got a direction to the pages I needed without the explanation that would have saved me a lot of time. I eventually worked out what I wanted not being stupid but it tokk a long time. 2 minuites on the phone would have saved that time. I now get popups from your company on websites which I have to deal with more wasted time. I would say your customer relations need looking at or perhas you just do not care - that is the impression given.

One of the castors had some roller bearings missing. We required the castors urgently they came the next day after order so we used old bearings.
