I would be happy to review the casters but I have not got them yet still waiting for them to be delivered it may be the couriers fault but it is your name above the door your name on the invoice maybe you need a better courier in the future Thanks Bob

I have just had an email from Fed X which says the package is going to arrive on 01/03/19...they must mean 03/01/19??????

I placed two orders on Amazon covering three items. Seller refused to deliver my orders to Aberdeen. I wasn’t informed of this when I ordered the items but several days later and after I had purchased other items to complete the project based on the use of the items in this order. Amazon wouldn’t let me submit a review, hence doing so here. Appalling service!

Paid for overnight service on a Friday pior to the deadline, it is now Tuesday evening, still have not received the order, nor had any further correspondence since Friday afternoon. I have since sourced and received the items elsewhere. Would not use or recommend Ross Castors

Wheel does not stay in place on shaft, I had to adapt using jubilee clips now ok Ross should stop selling wheelbarrow wheels this is to complicated for them, to many options

You are asking me for a review when the product has not arrived yet - obviously because of weather issues! You need to think of consequences when you are dealing with customer service issues!

so you want a review even tho i still havnt recived the goods (which are long overdue) or a reply to the e-mail i sent asking about it, but ok, i'll give you 0 out of 10 and wouldnt recommend you to anyone . hows that.

I have still not received my wheelchair wheels despite ordering them on 30th before 9am and receiving an email to say delivery in 2 days. It is now the 5th and I am still house bound. Service is very poor.

Placed order on Monday 2nd October, paid for 48 hour delivery. Here we are on Saturday 7th and still no castors or any contact explaining what the delay is. Now highly likely they won't come until at least Monday. They're not around at the weekend - surprise, surprise - if I don't hear anything by Monday, I shall be cancelling the order and asking for our money back. The Live Room at Saltaire

They offer a three day delivery - but a week later nothing has arrived and I'm still waiting to hear that they got around to shipping anything.

I was informed by mobile message that the deliverers had visited on Wed 30th and had left a card. I had dozed off so am prepared to accept that I might have missed them. However no card was left. I moved house the following weekend so spent Thursday, Friday and Sunday scrubbing the place from top to bottom - I recall that I started at 5.30 am on Friday. When I contacted the company on I think the following Tuesday the 5th, I was informed that the deliverers had called on Thursday, Friday and finally on Monday had left he parcel at a neighbours I informed the company that I was now 20 miles away, and had been home all day Thursday and Friday, and on no occasion had a card been left. I was offered a return of the postal charge - which has not been made. My brother who lives closer than I, called at the address we were told the parcel was at 4 times, before accidentally discovering that the parcel had not been left at the address given, but at the adjoining property. What I most object to is the manner in which my assertion that no cards had been left, and that I had been home on 3 of the days, ( though dozing on one), was given no more credence than the driver's assertion that the deliveries had been attempted and cards left. It was as though the company did not accept any partiality in responsibility for ensuring the delivery was made. As though the company was a casual bystander, in a disagreement between myself and the delivery company - a virtual shoulder shrug. I did not receive the tyres in time to help with removals My brother has spent 4 evenings travelling to the wrong address and using more fuel than the product was worth. And the neighbours have made several visits to an empty house trying to deliver the parcel. And the only response I got from the company was that they could not do anything now that the parcel had been delivered. I won't be recommending or using them again - I'll use someone other on amazon, who remain responsible for their sales to and beyond the point of delivery.

Ordered a stock item on 9th March, am still waiting for the product 3 weeks later. Customer services constantly assuring we'll be updated and that it's the fault of the factory, but the only person calling back is me.
