“A friend of mine had a castor break on her sewing machine cabinet during a recent house move. I could not find an exact replacement, but at the price, renewing the complete set of four was a no brainer. Same type, but hooded was not a problem. Prompt response to my order and quick delivery, so very happy with the product and the service. Would use ROSS Castors again if I needed to.”

“The brass castors for my sofa were absolutely perfect. The fit was correct and it stops the sofa when I move it from scratching the wooden floor. Very pleased with the communication, quick delivers and the product. Full marks!”

“Very good. I acquired a set of 4 screw brass castors with rubber tyres originally to fit onto an ordinary chair. After a while, one broke but I ordered 2 more and the replacement seems to be fine. A very nice product and service was very good.”
