“Bought some castors for my bed. I thought when they arrived I’d probably ordered the wrong size. Phoned Ross & yes they answered the phone, WITHOUT making me lose the will by leaving me on hold! 😅 Spoke to a very helpful chap. Can’t fault them 👍🏼”

“P and P fine but the castors aren’t as free running as I’d hoped. Surprisingly the ones from b and q were better”
