“I wanted to get some low-profile wheels for my partner's Flexispot standing desk. Ross had them in a plethora of options, including the rubberised ones for hard floors. The maximum weight limit is listed, dimensions accurate, and the whole description is detailed - it makes choosing the right ones a breeze. They were delivered on time and appropriately packed.”

“Supplied what I initially ordered but missed off some parts that I had added. When contacted offered to send these "next day " at their expense. I found a way to do the job without the extra parts. Ross quickly refunded the overpayment.”
