“The web site allowed me to select and pay for next day delivery but there was no stock and it took a few days. The equipment looks to be of good quality”

“The casters look good for the part they will play in my application my first concern is the 8mm thread engagement into the 'tube insert'. Only 2 or three threads hold the castor (about 3mm). The correct engagement for maximum strength is 1.5 times the diameter i.e. 12mm. Any more than this does not improve the retention ability. Only 3mm is barely enough.”

“There was muddle over whether the order was in stock after I enquired about progress. Office staff were overrun with work but eventually an alternative that was in stock was found and dispatched with speed and efficiency. Product fine and staff as helpful as the situation allowed them to be. Thanks to all.”

“I telephoned to get advice about my requirements. I was given short shrift and was disappointed with the advisor who clearly had better things to do and advised buy a new wheelbarrow before subsequently suggesting a product. I decided to work out my needs on my own. The parts I received did the job.”

“I received an order recently that was missing a grub screw from one of the locking rings. As yet I have not had a reply from customer services. Yet I did get this notification for a review. I was pleased with the order and the prompt delivery but disappointed that my project has come to a halt for the want of a grub screw.”

“Appearance is very good and they are very strong. However I want to be able to slide a sofa over a carpet and these don't slide, unlike my old plastic ones. The angle of the chamfer on the underside is too steep.”

“If you refer to my e mail last week you will see why the Chinese sourced ones are not correctly made. The nylon ones (uk) are far superior but don't obviously have the loading requirements according to the description under the item. This contradicts the small description in the other table where both are shown in a description box”

“Well designed website made choosing the right castor easy. Ordering process straightforward. Delivery charges a bit high at over £5.00. Delivery date was meant to be quick within 2 days and the delivery alert system was helpful. However, despite being told of exact one hour delivery slot - the delivery failed to happen and I wasted time staying in for it - it was rescheduled from the Friday to the Monday but that meant waiting a further delay over the weekend. My email note to Ross complaining of failed delivery was not acknowledged. I appreciate delivery is done by a third party but Ross should have taken ownership of the order and contacted the courier.”

“I’m sure that the Castors are fine on a wooden floor but on a carpet they move about a bit. Not quite what I was hoping for. Your product is well made and quite attractive to look at.”

“The wheels received were too small to fit on the bars for the sack barrow we have. The diameter was correct and service was good, but we need to send back and arrange wheels with a larger guage for the centre hole. Please can someone advise. Thank you.”

“Tubing was covered in dirty finger prints and marked, did not fit base plates as said on website. Also received bad customer service from one guy, but quickly corrected by another customer service guy. Products however are of good quality and extra purchasing of products elsewhere to make them fit.”

“Ordered eight casters. Four with a threaded support stand and four with a flat plate with four fixing holes. I used two of the four threaded casters to replace two identical casters which had cracked and broken on the bottom of My John Lewis bed. A double made of two singles with a gas strut lifting lids. The four casters with the flat plates were added to the middle of the beds creating six casters per bed improving on the original four. Delivery was delayed as the items were not in stock at the time of order. Overall simple to fit but I can not comment on long term reliability.”
