It seems ridiculous to ask for a survey before the goods ordered have even been delivered - what is the point? I suggest you review when you ask for these surveys to be completed so that they can bear some relevance. As regards the order, I was more than a little miffed that the P&P for order of two wheelbarrow handles (why should I be forced to buy two by the way when I only need one?) was exactly three times the price of the goods concerned. These plastic handles require no protective packing so sticking them in a large envelope and using a stamp (avoiding VAT too) would be much more efficacious and customer friendly solution.

I ordered 4 castor tube adapters they were not delivered by the advised date. When I used them 3 were of the correct size and one was of a smaller size. the small one has had to be packed out in order that I could use it as I needed to complete the project. I did not have the time to wait for a replacement. Not your usual service.

Over priced good and p&p costs are disproportionate. When I then needed to exchange the item they didn’t bother and just refunded the amount of the item not p&p. I realise this is in their t&c’s but I just think when your customer has gone to the effort and cost of returning goods for an exchange and then you just refund the goods is bad business. Won’t be using again.

Product choice was good but unfortunately delivery charges for being north of Aberdeen more than doubled the cost so the order was cancelled.

I ordered castors with a 10mm bolt hole. Ended up with 12mm bolt holes and 10mm bolts. After complaining I was offered some free adapters but having a particular spec which I I’d researched I would rather have what I had ordred. The castors also had plastic brake levers vs. Stainless shown on the website.

Ordered 9/7. Still waiting on 14/7 so cannot comment really except that I paid for a 2 day delivery. Feel a little cheated.

apparently you didn't have the item in stock and couldn't fulfil the delivery promise. I had to make an alternative arrangement as my joiner was completing his work and moving on. However Shane Billingham wrote an email explaining the delay and when I explained that the delay meant I no longer needed the castors he arranged for a refund. I have your email saying that this was transacted today. In that respect and especially for Shane's handling of the situation I give him 5 stars. Thank you - perhaps another time. Edward Holmes.

Wanted to buy something for about £18, but the cheapest delivery (FedEx) was more than £7. Too much when so many other sites give free delivery or basic post as an option. Abandoned it at the checkout stage.

It quoted two days delivery at a cost of £6. It took a week. They sent package with missing parts of address that was obvious to anyone. When it did arrive the castors looked like they had been used, scuff and chip marks etc. Could be poor packaging as the casters were delivered in a plastic bag only, no protection. Very dissatisfied.

On the day of order their systems were din and they were unable to take order over phone. The reason for trying to order over phone was to ask if I could get the delivery company to leave item. Instead I was directed to ordering online (strange I was told systems were down) anyhow I ordered and left a note for delivery firm to leave item. Problem then was my full address was not on package and delivery driver had to call - but I am remote with poor signal and by luck managed to recieve and get message to driver.
