“The website was very helpful - I was unsure of what I was looking for - and the order process easy. The order was delivered promptly although for such bulky and heavy items (solid wheelbarrow wheels) the packaging could have been a little sturdier. However they arrived safely even though their boxes were pretty battered. But that's a minor quibble”
