“These people are good guys. For some reason, their next day delivery didn't turn up so I rang and got through, which is a major plus point these days. Next they resent my order for next day and refunded my original delivery charge. They made a mistake but the recovery was great.”

“It was all very good except that I was promised delivery on a Monday (around 11 am) which I prepared for and it was quite by chance that I met the delivery driver while posting a letter on Friday morning. I had not at this stage seen your subsequent email advising me of the new arrangement. I am very pleased with the wheel as I had had doubts about being able to fit it to an oldish barrow.”
