“Paid extra for 2 day delivery to Ireland which was delivered 2 days late. The shipping was more expensive than the item I was purchasing - overall Ross were good and had the exact item I needed but I would suggest getting a more reliable shipping agent”

“For the first and second order the wheels delivered had 25mm hubs after they advised me to buy their tubing that turned out to be 25.4mm/1 inch so didn't fit. They then sent 8 new bearings but these were also 25mm so again useless. I ended up buying a length of 25mm tubing from another suppler. I will be buying more wheels from another company.”
