“A good quality castor and cheap, although the bearings went on my last pair after 4 months. Also it would be helpful if a bolt, washers and nut were supplied with them.”

“I recently bought a set of replacement wheels and front castors for a wheelchair. I'm happy with the products, the prices and the prompt delivery. I was a bit surprised when the wheels arrived. The surprise arose from the lack of detailed descriptions or photos on the Ross Handling website. This is possibly attributable to the fact that their primary target market is B2B. The wheelchair wheels appear to be nylon, rather than the more conventional wire-spoke wheels.”

“Sent an invoice, sent many emails about the DLP delivery and to the point of a time, however here I am a week later, and no goods. So hard to review the simple parts ordered and paid for, but service and reply to my query about the whereabouts of the goods = Zero”

We understand it was frustrating to be sent an invoice, have several emails sent out with regards to the delivery but then to get no goods a week later. Can you please let me know where these emails have been sent to? We would like to make things better for you. I can see the parcel has been sent out but DPD as promised but they have been unable to locate you so the parcel is returning to us.I will get this resent out to arrive with you asap. Apologies for any inconvenience caused
