“I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I ordered the wrong castors (entirely my fault), when I rang Ross Handling they said they would contact the supplier to see if the castors could be returned and that they would call me back. After a week I emailed Ross Handling to ask for an update. Several weeks later I have had no response, so I have placed an order for several hundred pounds with another company.”

“First time using Ross Handling Ltd. I had looked them up a year ago since I needed new front tyres for my ride-on mower. They offered Kenda puncture-resistant tyres which I thought I needed. I looked them up again since couldn't put it off any longer. Fast delivery at an acceptable price and an excellent-looking tyre, superior to the ones replaced. I will use Ross Handling Ltd. when the rear tyres can no longer hold pressure!! I needed.”

“My wheelchair front wheel broke so zi contacted the wheelchair manufacturer and I was told it would be 2 months before they could get me one I didn’t know what I was going to do, then I found this company on line they delivered a new wheelchair wheel the next day and I was on my way, I can’t thank this company enough don’t know what I would have done without them!”

“I ordered a pair of wheels and an axle for a wheelie bin. The order arrived very promptly and well packed. I then returned it, as no longer required. Ross Handling helped with this and then refunded very quickly. A very positive experience overall.”

“Very poor service from courier with Ross Handling not wantint to actually deal with the problem. Customer service was poor. Paid extra for next day delivery. Courier stated missed me but never attempted to deliver in the slots given. No evedence on camera. Customer services stated could not change courier. The only saving grace from the company is that they refunded quickly. Will not use again if continue to use DPD.”
