“We had an antique chair with castors too small for its weight. Shane at Ross Handling went through all the options with us and we purchased on his advice. The castors arrived within 48 hours and work perfectly. We hadn't been able to shift the chair previously. Really appreciate the care and service.”

“This company is so efficient they almost deliver the goods before you have ordered. I had a flat tyre on my wheelbarrow and so I bought a spare wheel which is already inflated. When I get round to it I will try and put a new inner tube in the old wheel but for now the new wheel is wheeely good.”

“I required replacement wheels for my wheelbarrow and approached Ross Handling because they were an approved supplier. The wheels I required where not in stock but I was offered an alternative which was cheaper but fitted my wheelbarrow perfectly. Customer service was great… they emailed me a link to their website so I could order the wheels on line. Delivery was prompt and I received updates on my delivery status. Very happy with my experience with Ross Handling and would use again if needed.”
