“Wrong stock info on website. Non existent communication. Poor customer service. 1 month after order, 4 phone calls and a shirty email to finally get product. Didn't even offer me a refund of the two day delivery charge. Couldn't recommend less.”

“Despite assurances from the vendor and the carrier (guess who - DPD) the package didn't arrive. DPD show a photograph of the package being delivered - but not to my house unfortunately ! Thank you for reminding me !”

“The shopping experience on the website and shipping of ROSS were good. However, the brass casters we ordered ( 4 packs of 4 ) did not help the situation of moving our super king bed on carpet. Though the bed base wheels fit into the casters well, the bed did not "slide" on the carpet any easier at all, and most of the wheels just came off/out of the casters ( even though they did seem to fit into them deep enough). The casters themselves seem of good quality. Perhaps we will be able to use them for something else in the future, but they were not suited at all for what we needed to do with them.”

“Excellent product works perfectly. Installed under fridge/freezer in my garage. Left them there as will have to periodically pull machine out to clean behind it. Two tips: 1. When adjusting leveling feet on appliance unload the foot being adjusted (tilt appliance) to prevent tearing rubber pad on roller. 2. When moving appliance on an uneven floor watch that the rollers don't twist out from under the machine if one corner becomes unloaded.”
