Thank you for your feedback. The parcel was returned to us from DPD due to address issues when the order was placed online. We have resent the parcel which has caused the delay however it is due for delivery to you today. Apologies about the issues and i hope this eliminates your concerns.

One of the tyres delivered was not the brand advertised and I received no response from Ross customer services

I finally found somewhere to get wheelchair castors so I ordered online with nextday delivery. Then decided I need it quicker so I call and get it for a pre 10:30 delivery. All was going well with the ordering and the sales team were excellent on the phone. Overnight I check and still being processed. On calling I am told items not in stock but can get delivery soon as it comes in to which I agree. The order is processed the next day and shipped for delivery. Still shown as next day nit pre10:30. I am told by sales it should be pre delivery but it goes past 10:30 no delivery until 1417 to 1517. So I call to get my refunded payment for updated delivery and sales team no problem apologised and refunded. I now get emails form sales with pdf invoices demanding I'm due money. I email sales staff and told something wrong on there side and will check it out etc....no further update. In simple terms ...if an item is shown online its taken as in stock...and the error between warehouse, posting, and invoices shouldn't be happening. Also need to liase with DPD on pre 1030 delivery in Scotland as my area doesn't do deliveries until after 1230 once it leaves depot. Would I buy again....unknown...

Hi steve, I am sorry to hear you have not had a positive experience with us on this occasion. Unfortuanlty there was a stock issue with the item you ordered which we informed you of as soon as we were made aware by our warehouse team. We of course tried to rectify the issue asap for you and managed to get the stock in from our supplier and sent out to you quicker than expected. Sadly on occasions these issues do arise, We have fully refunded all shipping costs and i have spoken with accounts to ensure that no monies are owed on your account. Again i send my sincere apologies and do hope that you can have a better experience with us if you have any future requirements.

Bought castors and inserts - I hasten to add that it’s the first time I have ever had to order such items. Ordering process was easy and delivery was really quick - next day (but paid for 48hr). Sadly, what let you down was that nobody at your end picked up the fact that I’d ordered castors with an 8mm hole but inserts with a 10mm bolt. When I spoke to you there was no offer of assistance other than I had to re-order. Yes I ordered the incompatible parts but can’t help feeling that you’re the experts and perhaps someone should have queried the order. Disappointed.

Hi Bill, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, on occasions orders do slip through when customers order components that are not compatible with each other, of course, we would always like to advise when this is noticed. We get high levels of order daily and sadly on this occasion, we did not pick on this. An email with weblinks to suitable products was sent to you as soon as the issue was raised with us to make the reordering process as easy as possible.

I ordered a wheelbarrow axle- 20mm X 127mm\ What was delivered, at odds with the dispatch note was 20 X 100mm. I phoned at 0900 and was promised a callback.by Dispatch. I received no such call. When I did speak to someone. after I phoned, for the third time at 1630 I was put through hoops- photos and explanation. This was done. As of now I have received no reply. Put simply I want to return the incorrect item, at your expense and get a full refund as I have now sourced the correct part. I have to say your customer support falls far short of what I expected.

e-mailed multiple times no response then Tim said he would look into it but replied saying you couldnt help but reccomended another company who sorted out the wheels within an hour only thing they did not have was the spacers which i purchased from yourselves My thanks to Tim for trying

Initially hugely impressed by the simplicity of ordering, very good communication and delighted to be informed the wheels were to be delivered the next day after ordering as opposed to the 2 day delivery expected. Good emails informing when the item was to be delivered. Very impressed with such service and was considering complementing Ross Castors on a super service. That was until the wrong castors were delivered resulting in a further delay over the weekend of 2 more days. although they did turn up as promised on the Monday. Would I use Ross again? Yes, after all we are all human and capable of mistakes.

I ordered 6 wheels with bearings - received 2 with and 4 without. Called customer service (3 times) eventually said they would send out bearings for other 4 wheels “is that ok”? No it’s not as internal bores of wheels are different. Checked “downstairs” again and said that’s right will send 4 wheels with bearings this week…….. they haven’t and I haven’t received a call to notify me of delay or when I can expect them…… it’s not been a great experience.

It took a few days until shipping, no problem at all. The castors we ordered came a bit dirty and the color was described different. Also the threads are cheap made. Not a big thing, too. But: The invoice we got had a different price then the price which was charged from our companies credit card. This is a problem for our bookkeeping. Especially as the customer support is not answering our request since 5 days. This is not very satisfying. I would not really recommend buying here, but let's see what (and especially when) Natasha from their support teams does to solve the invoice problem.

Poor delivery time - had to ring up and chase! Ordered on 1st June delivered on 10th June on a 2 day delivery. Product looks good.
