“The castors I bought appear to be fine. Delivery was an issue however. The first parcel dispatched was returned to sender as the packaging was damaged (burst open I guess, but I didnt see it so I cant be sure. I then received a call from RH saying that this had happened and asking if I still wanted the castors - which seemed a little odd. I suppose i could have lost patience and bought elsewhere, but if so I would have contacted RH. The second despatch has now arrived and had the packaging - plastic DPD bag - been in only a slighly worse state that too would have been returned undelivered. Guys, if you are sending 4 castors each weiging somethink like a kilogramme then they need a bit more than just a think bit of plastic around them. wrap them up in bubble wrap and tape it up well, before putting them in the DPD bag.”

“I received the wheels in time and they are exactly what I expected and good quality. The delivery was not so perfect, as it was said the driver could not deliver because we were not there but we actually have been the whole day in. So I had to collect it 650m away from us. Which worked fine in the end.”

“Ordered some braked & unbraked 50mm castors which arrived on time. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong braked castors but after a quick phone call to their Customer Service they despatched the correct one's on a next day delivery. Great products & great customer service.”
