“Excellent castors in a lovely vintage brass finish. Great quality and ery solid. More than happy as they fit my drinks trolley perfectly. I now need exactly the same castors in chrome with rubber tread but don't seem to be able to find them.”

“I was quite happy with the ordering experience with Ross , I received the product quick enough but the wheel would not fit the wheelbarrow because it was a different size axle ,therefore I had to order a axle that would fit the wheel and the barrow fair enough I ordered said fitting came quickly fitted on the barrow and I was happy a few days later I received another axle I phoned up to let them know and was told don’t worry we have not charged you , ok , but looking on my bank statement I had been charged , I am not complaining but. !! but should you not sell both items together or not . Anyway I was happy with the service when speaking to your employees , it would be a good idea if you were to sell the tyres even , anyway thank you Peter Hughes , Pewsey .”

“A great solution on hollow steel chair legs to ensure you do not mark your floor. There was an error on my order, but they fixed it very promptly with no hassle, parts arrived the next day after I'd contacted them at 3pm - thanks Georgie.”

“My order has not arrived. I was not available to sign for it and it was, allegedly, sent to a local shop (collection/distribution point). My staff went to the shop with the QR code/invoice but there was no record of the parcel. I have emailed Ross Handling Ltd twice to report the discrepancy and asked for an acknowledgment but regrettably have had no response. My staff are now trying to contact you by phone.”
