“Unfortunately my castors were delivered to the wrong address. DPD Delivery was tracked and photos supplied, but we have no way to recognise where they were delivered to or who signed for them. I'm sure the product is great, but I can't confirm. Very disappointed.”

“I bought wheels, axle etc from Ross Castors years ago to build a sales cart for end of my drive. They worked well for years until I sold house and cart to new owners. They are still using cart over 6 years later, wheels and axle still doing the job on a very rough drive surface. When I wanted wheels and axles for my generator there was only one place that had everything I wanted, Ross Castors.”
