“Garden tractor tubes/tyres not available in local stockists (made in Far East,) covid reduced output. Ross to the rescue, had stock, fair prices, delivered in 2 Days, brilliant service and top quality. My supplier for tyres in future!”

“The antique brass castors arrived on time & were well packaged. My only criticism is that I had expected each castor to be accompanied by the three little side screws that the moulding has holes for.”

“We are still awaiting delivery of these. Apparently dpd are unable to find our building despite it being very prominent, well signed and the full address details are correct. I appreciate this is not down to you but we urgently require the castors and have tried every avenue available to us to enable dpd to deliver. When their vans drive past our building countless times a day, I am at a loss as to why they are unable to find us.”

“After 49 years, my 50-year-old Black & Decker Workmate (WM325) now has new feet. Purchased 8 x M8 x 50mm Rigid Adjustable Foot 38mm Dia. Two threads needed to be shortened and glued in, and two needed M8 nuts to lock into the leg hole. Perfect, thanks .....”

“Found the items I needed easily, ordered and castors received a day earlier advised. Only slight bug was that delivery charge was not exempt of vat which was not made clear prior to ordering”
