“I was very loathe to order a single castor wheel as my office chair was a couple of years old and a Chinese make but the wheel fitted perfectly. It also arrived a day ahead of schedule! Well impressed.”

“Wheels arrived in 2 days as promised. Could have done with a 250mm diameter but the 15mm bore was a problem. However these work fine. Thank you.”

“Since placing and order before the end of 2022 the web site came up with closing days and not to reopen until the 4th of 2023 The company let me know what was happening with my order and when it was likely to be delivered. I was kept informed right up to delivery after the 4th January 2023 and was delivered on time. Very pleased with service and product.”

“Usually very good. However I have a faulty castor aand have emailed Ross Handling without a response, as yet. It was only two days ago. My faulty castor problem was resolved immediately as soon as I emailed the right address!”
