“Helped me out and then corrected a problem, quickly and willingly. Firstly I ordered the wrong size items and sales allowed me to correct my mistake via chat prior to them being shipped. Excellent. Unfortunately the wrong items were shipped however in response to an email to customer service and by attaching a photo of the wrong items, I had the correct ones despatched immediately. Very please and impressed with the customer service and will shop with Ross Handling again. Just a little more care in picking of items for despatch would have made it perfect. Thank you.”

“Bought castors and inserts - I hasten to add that it’s the first time I have ever had to order such items. Ordering process was easy and delivery was really quick - next day (but paid for 48hr). Sadly, what let you down was that nobody at your end picked up the fact that I’d ordered castors with an 8mm hole but inserts with a 10mm bolt. When I spoke to you there was no offer of assistance other than I had to re-order. Yes I ordered the incompatible parts but can’t help feeling that you’re the experts and perhaps someone should have queried the order. Disappointed.”

Hi Bill, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, on occasions orders do slip through when customers order components that are not compatible with each other, of course, we would always like to advise when this is noticed. We get high levels of order daily and sadly on this occasion, we did not pick on this. An email with weblinks to suitable products was sent to you as soon as the issue was raised with us to make the reordering process as easy as possible.

“Received these safely packaged wheels in good time an along with the pre fitted and inflated tyres are very good quality. I have no doubt they are more than capable of supporting my garden trailer and contents. After a chat with one of the staff at Ross Handling I have also learned that different size bearings for these wheels are available for smaller diameter axles which is a huge bonus as it makes these wheels have an even greater range of application and fitting possibilities. So all in all thank you - great product !”

“The wheels I bought were excellent but the inner tubes in both replacement trailer tyres had holes in them on delivery. Very disappointing. Amended: Contacted Ross and their customer services sent out new inner tubes immediately. Very good response. Would use them again. So few companies are even contactable these days. Well done Ross Handling.”
