“I ordered a wheelbarrow tyre and inner tube, it was easy to order and it was delivered quickly. If I need another one I would use them again.”

“These did the job. Two heavy levers are used to unlatch and move tiered collapsible seating in a small theatre. There was a need to make these easier to move and position and prevent scratching the theatre floor. 8mm bar as an axle, secured with spring washers, a bit of wobble left intentionally which assists manoeuvrability.”

“When the wheel on my office chair broke I was possibly confined to buy a new chair for over £100. Instead I surfed the internet and found Ross Castors, measured up the broken wheel identified exactly by their diagrams (most helpful) and in two days I had fitted the new wheel for under £3 plus postage. The perfect solution to my situation within the pandemic since I have had no money for 18 months. Music isn't important enough as we only play for a laugh. !!”

“Easy website and good range of products. The industrial chair shifter/trolley was delivered by courier to wrong location and the packaging was just polythene wrapping, resulting in some paint damage. These are problems the manufacturer should fix with his courier.”

“The Ross website is easy to navigate and order from. The order was fulfilled satisfactorily, but as they use DPD as a courier, delivery was delayed by three days as DPD appear not to able to read the simplest of instructions, so knocking off 2 stars. Will use again, but only if they change their courier.”
