“There was a delay in supplying my requirements, as goods had to be obtained from another supplier, which was not explained to me at the point of order. However, I was kept informed of progress, and had no difficulty getting information form Ross Castors about the situation, which was finally resolved by satisfactory delivery.”

“Great. I wasn't quite sure what I needed - a specific wheelbarrow wheel - and Customer service were excellent, replying quickly to my email query, helping me choose the right tyre and it was sent with a minimum of fuss and at a good price. Ross Castors seem an excellent, switched on company.”
