“I ordered a wheelbarrow tyre and inner tube which unfortunately had a small hole in it. I contacted customer service by phone who apologised and sent out a replacement inner tube and tyre the same day. I would certainly recommend Ross Handling to anyone, their customer service is excellent.”

“Well it was my fault I just thought that the plastic bits at the bottom of my crutches were the same sizrme but when they came they were far to big so that was my fault .x”

“I was very loathe to order a single castor wheel as my office chair was a couple of years old and a Chinese make but the wheel fitted perfectly. It also arrived a day ahead of schedule! Well impressed.”
