Not sure that I can be exuberantly appreciative over a couple of sack truck wheels........but they arrived soon enough etc. My only issue is that we are unable to get any spare bearings for them hence not giving a 5 star review - sorry!!

Ordered 6 x FT-24M10 online which showed to be in stock. Paid for order via Paypal and only placed the order because the items I required were shown as being in stock to ship. The following day, contacted by email to be told that of the six items I ordered, one was not available. OK these things happen, an alternate was offered which I reluctantly accepted. But I was then again contacted later that day to be told that actually they only had two FT-24M10 on stock and I again very reluctantly accepted the remainder of the order as alternates, so I at least got two of what I needed for our current project. The Items shipped and were recieved. However seven days after receipt of my orderwhich was paid for online by PayPal, I got via Email a Statement indicating that I still had not paid for the order and that money is outstanding. I have emailed Accounts at Ross Handling with a copy of the PayPal paid Invoice, asking them to sort out and correct their records. Basically ordering from Ross Handling has not inspired me with confidence. In future I would call them 1st to confirm that they actaully have the stock on hand.

Bought these as a replacement for the broken cast alloy ones that where fit They are a prefect replacement / upgrade with a rubber tyre so not too damage the wooden flooring They where easy to fit with one small hole drilled in the bottom of the leg to take the screw of the new castor

I completed an order online and had excellent service then, with a second order I placed by phone with the sales team and not online, the service was terrible. I paid for next day delivery and now 6 days later all that I know is that it was delivered to my old address (I moved 7 years ago) and not to my current address which was updated on my online account. I’m still waiting for my delivery and DHL don’t appear to know where it is.
