“having received the brass castor carpet protectors the fitting was not easy. if the unit moved the wheel came out this item does not do the function as expected they are now used as an ornament”

“excellent service in terms of use of website and dispatch of goods which arrived safely and promtly. However, like many others in this area I object to the delivery charge being rated as "Highlands" hence my 3 star rating. Aberdeen is not in the highlands and we are outside the area designated as Highlands. We are less than 20 miles from an international airport, seaport and mainline railway station. We are served by dual carriageways and are 20 miles from Scotland's fourth largest city.”

“Whilst the product was out of stock , a timely e Mail was received informing me of the delay. As this necessitated a change of address this was incorporated in the revised order . On arrival the package was secure , clearly marked and followed by an invoice .The product was immediately put to use . Thankyou”

“Historically I have been extremely satisfied with Ross casters however on this occasion VERY disappointed. I emailed photographs of a replacement castor I required. I was told I would receive a phone call when it was ready to collect. No phone call was received so four days later I made contact to be told it was ready and waiting for collection and have been so for sometime. I drove to your premises which is a round trip of 34 miles and immediately identified the caster was the wrong size. The photographs were reviewed and I was assured it was the right castor. Upon getting home and making a comparison it was miles out so I returned again to Ross casters (another round-trip of 34 miles) and was given the correct Costor. The member of staff on the first visit was brusque and unhelpful. The member of staff on the second visit was very helpful. I paid for a costor which was substantially larger than the one I ended up with but no offer was made to adjust the price. You are a great company but didn't get it right on this occasion.”
