“Can't complain at all. Well designed website that is easy to navigate, good information about the products, no fuss purchase and prompt dispatch. I know it's normal for large scale businesses but as a private customer with a welding project it's nice having a company dedicated to what is a pretty niche thing to a lot of people. I love finding a place like this when I need something like castor wheels but don't want the generic parts you'd find in a DIY shop, keep being awesome.”

“I ended up with three consecutive purchases as I tried to find castors to suit a particular chair, I returned previous orders with no hassle for almost immediate refund. Very helpful staff made suggestions etc. I would recommend this company and use them again.”

“Speedy delivery, but sadly they sent me the wrong part ! I ordered a 50mm M10 hand know and they sent me a 60mm M12. I will try to make use of this one but no ideal.”
