“I originally ordered my Red flexcello caster in about 1967 they recently fell apart. i was doubtful if i could ever replace them, then i noticed your advert for red casters the same model and size to ones that fell apart. Your service was great as you did not have them in stock, but i received them two days later. i was greatly impressed. Well done from Me.”

“I recently needed to replace a pair of wheels on a wheelchair that had probably been out of production for 40 years. I quickly found a pair of suitable wheels on the Ross website, which were promptly despatched & arrived two days later. On fitting them I found very much to my surprise that they were identical in dimensions to the originals & bolted straight into place. Well done Ross.”
