Good afternoon, Since this being brought to my attention i have looked into and can see that the original parcel was despatched as planned. “brilliant website found exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately let down by delivery DPD had "unforseen circumstances" What ever that means!! I realize this has nothing to do with Ross Handling and fingers crossed it was just a one off. A part from that all good but still waiting for delivery 8 days at moment”

“I needed a new tyre and inner tube for my wheelbarrow, and this was the only place I could find what I needed. Really good price, fast shipping and all fitted as described. Much better than ditching the whole wheelbarrow for a new one. Great service”
