“One steel rimmed wheelbarrow rim with tyre fitted and bought with its Chillington axle kit. received two days later well packaged and correct. A needle bearing axle would have been preferred rather than the plain plastic type Chillington barrows specify. You have to buy a Trallfa 120 barrow to achieve that.”

“Mine must have been one of their smallest sales ever, but I did get back to them personally to express my thanks. I needed just one, single, solitary, castor for my study Captain's chair, which faced the bin otherwise. I found its match, it got to me in 24hours (even just paying standard postage) and I fitted it in about 3 seconds. Not sure they will want too many like me as customers, but I am really grateful for great service. Thanks again”

“It pays to shop at a specialist. Brilliant service. Brand-specific wheelbarrow wheel and handgrips at a cheaper price than generic parts at well known builders merchants and DIY stores (which were mainly out of stock for delivery anyway). So, proper spares, great price and wonderful delivery service. Excellent all round.”
