“Some time ago I purchased a set of wheels and axel tubes plus accessories in order to construct a speciailsed trolly. This was modified to try to make some improvements. I need two replacement tubes 1000mm x 12mm OD with a bore of 8mm. Simmilar to the original supplied.”

“Unfortunately I have not received my purchase and had no contact with either the couriers or Ross until I emailed asking for information. I was told delivery failed twice and was refused once, not by me, and I would have to pay another £8+ to retry delivery. Haven't a clue who the couriers are but Ross needs to deal with them. Requested a refund. Not acceptable”

Thank you for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your delivery. After reviewing the tracking information, I can confirm that delivery was attempted on four separate occasions by DPD. Additionally, the courier requested further delivery instructions to confirm your address, but unfortunately, no response was received. As a result, the parcel was returned to us. As we use third-party couriers, and in this case the delivery was unsuccessful due to a lack of communication between the recipient and the courier, we regret to inform you that reshipping charges are applicable. These charges are passed on directly from the courier service. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must be and apologise for any inconvenience caused. “The castors I bought appear to be fine. Delivery was an issue however. The first parcel dispatched was returned to sender as the packaging was damaged (burst open I guess, but I didnt see it so I cant be sure. I then received a call from RH saying that this had happened and asking if I still wanted the castors - which seemed a little odd. I suppose i could have lost patience and bought elsewhere, but if so I would have contacted RH. The second despatch has now arrived and had the packaging - plastic DPD bag - been in only a slighly worse state that too would have been returned undelivered. Guys, if you are sending 4 castors each weiging somethink like a kilogramme then they need a bit more than just a think bit of plastic around them. wrap them up in bubble wrap and tape it up well, before putting them in the DPD bag.”
