“We have used Rosetta for many translations over the last few years - in many cases translating the same document into 17 different languages. The service we have experienced has generally been excellent - enquiries are acknowledged very quickly, together with a quote and guaranteed timescale. We have found that on several occasions the timescale has been improved on. There has only been once when there was a delay - this was when Rosetta's preferred translator for our document was not available. The moment Rosetta were aware that there may be a problem they contacted us and gave us the options, so we could have chosen for them to use an alternative translator and receive the document in accordance with the original timescale if we had wished. As our documents are quite technical we have found that it works better if reference documentation is provided. We then get the translations checked by people with specialist technical knowledge. We have found that by operating in this way that there are generally only minor corrections to be made. If the documents were not quite so technical then I am sure that there would be no such issues. We have no plans to move to use a different translation service as we are very happy with Rosetta.”

“Cancellation policy stinks - Will not be coming back.”

We're sorry you were not happy with our services. The cancellation policy for our interpreting services is agreed before commencing the assignment. Unfortunately if the assignment is cancelled on the day or the day before, fees will be billed to cover the interpreters loss of earnings. If you would like to discuss this further then please do get in touch.

“We generally had an excellent service from Rosetta translation apart from one time we experienced some disagreement in the translation as to our preferences. Nevertheless, their response was immediate and very helpful in order to find the best solution.”

“We used Rosetta recently for the first time. We have been extremely pleased with the service we received. We had a prompt response to our on line query and received a quote very quickly. The finished translation was very professional and the staff were very helpful. “Our company has been using Rosetta extensively for the last 2-3 years and the service has been to a good standard considering that we also have language specialists and can proofread the translations. The company has responded fast to any reviews or changes we have submitted. The deadlines for the translations have been kept in 100% of the cases. “I was very happy with the services received, they were very fast and efficient. However, I did find it a bit expensive, on saying that I couldn't find any cheaper, also it did have a good reputation and the translation was correct.”

“Fast and professional work for Chinese to English translation, money well spent. One problem, they cant find my documents from website inquiry when i get there; so my suggestion is to call them instead of use the online inquiry.”
