“What impressed me about Rosetta was their fast, clear and straightforward service. Within 1 hour of sending my request I had their price and delivery date. They started the work that day and delivered it the day after next. The complex layout of the document posed no problems for Rosetta.”

“Very quick turn around of content. Our contact at Rosetta was always available and willing to help with any questions we had regarding the work. Work presented in exactly in the format requested and ahead of the time stated. One improvement could be to use a file sharing system in future (the digital geek in me coming out) to avoid sending many zip files via email.”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review and for your feedback. Our clients like to use Dropbox or Wetransfer for sending large files, but we are happy to work with any other platform that suits you. Our Sales team can of course arrange this for your future translations.

“The translation services was very fast and efficient however I am quite discontent with the administration services. The originals did not arrive on post on time. Rosetta staff did not inform me the post was returned to them, yet I have told them time after time that I needed the documents they wanted to charge me extra not through fault of my own. The person who dealt with me was not comprehensive and quite rude at times (Stubborn).”

“I've had an excellent experience with Rosetta in the short time we have been using them for translations. The work we give them is always turned around really quickly, meaning very little time delay getting our translated documents to our customers which is great for our business. We had being using another translation service before Rosetta, and they paled in comparison to the professionalism, timeliness and efficiency of our experience working with Rosetta. I'd definitely recommend Rosetta to anyone needing a translation service.”
