“Generally very good. Fast service, with welcome option for returning customers to pay on delivery instead of the usual before work starts. Had a feeling that the Dutch translator may not have been a native Dutch speaker as there was a phrase they did not understand that a native Dutch speaker in my team felt was a standard phrase. Apart from that, great quality translation, lots of effort made to retain original formatting, polite staff and prompt communications. Thanks for everything!”

“The administration and communication at Rosetta was great, with swift replies to all emails and phone calls. The translations themselves contained minor inaccuracies, which was disappointing, but overall the service was good.”

“Viktorija was very helpful and responded to our translation needs quickly and efficiently. I would say that the people at Rosetta are always polite, but also straightforward when we have dealt with them. I'd definitely recommend them, as they make a tricky (and sometimes complex) subject simple. Great knowledge and speed of response is a bonus.”

“Great service. I was helped by Annabelle Payet, I was provided with a conformation email when my order was received i was then provided with a email with the translation of the document attached to make sure it was up to the correct standard and then an invoice. Once i had confirmed the translation was ok i then received the documents i had requested to be translated in the post within 3 days. I would use this service again.”
